Tour Programme:
7.00 am : Free pick up the guest at the hotel to Philong Tours Office - front of the river,then you go to Hoi An Market together with our guide.Our guide will help you how to bargain with the local sellers,talk to them ,try to find out & buy somethings for your menu which you will cook in your cooking class
8.00 am : The guests have free welcome drinks ( Soft drinks) ,and the Chef will introduce the local ingredients
to you,take you through the preparation and explain the Hoi An style of cooking
Your cooking lesson also includes Hoi An speciality: Cao lau Noodles
CAO LAU noodles is the famous food in Vietnam and the world,
it is well cooked only by Hoi An people because it has a secret to make the yellow noodles which
some family in Hoi An town can do ; the others can not make it.
Each class has a maximum of 6 persons, run for 4 hours and then followed by lunch.
RECIPES ARE PROVIDED AT THE START OF THE CLASS.
Cooking Lesson :
1. Cao Lau Noodles: - a special food in Hoi An : Vegetables, yellow noodles, pork, rice paper, ....more..
2. Spring Roll: - Fresh prawns, sliced carrot,Hoi an vegetable wrapped in rice paper & deep fried, served with soyal, sweet chilli & fish sauce.
3. Phở Noodles
