08.00 am :

Free pick up the guest at the hotel to Philong Tours Office ,then you go to Hoi An Market together with our guide.You know bargain with the local sellers,talk to them ,try to find out & buy somethings for your menu which you will cook in your cooking school.

Hoi An Market : It supplies Hoi An people with the fresh foods of all kinds.Hoi An people ususally go to Hoi An Market one time per day to buy fresh food.Our Vietnamese people still keep the traditional culture of our local markets,so the markets in Hoi An are now different with the others in the world,the local villagers bring their products from their village to Hoi An market to sell ,they try to sell in any way ,they are sitting on the ground to sell,all smiles are always on their faces although their life is poor,they are very friendly with you when they see you : say ''hello to you '' ,that is very friendly word that they know to use .They are casual ,friendly,and very hospitable .

Your cooking school is located in the fishing village near Thu Bon river

Our chef will teach you how to cook the vietnamese foods,then you cook them by yourself

You enjoy your lunch after you learn the cooking lesson.
